Even though it is situated in the heart of the city, it presents a calm and quiet atmosphere to make you feel refreshed and healthy alive. All the tourist centres are more or less equi-distant from Kalpetta. Green Mount Cottage is located in a calm and serene vicinity just about 125 meters from the national highway. It is fully outfitted to accommodate six families at a time separately.
